Orbit South and Wates Living Space Ltd have formalised their relationship by signing an unconditional contract for the development of Erith Park in the London Borough of Bexley, one of the largest regeneration projects in London.

Regeneration of Larner Road in Erith is set to go ahead with the announcement today of £15m funding from the HCA. The grant from the National Affordable Homes Programme enables local housing association, Orbit South, to start work on a £128m project which will transform the neighbourhood.
